RSVPR has built a close relationship with many fine venues throughout Sussex and London. We are able to source the right venue for your function or event, whether it is private, corporate, small or large.

We have personally visited most establishments. We know the management teams, the estate teams and front of house staff. We know our way around the place and can visualise an event in a particular room or suite. We also very often know the conference, banqueting and catering staff.

RSVPR is happy to discuss options with you and make an arrangement for you to visit the venue and meet its team. We can advise on most aspects of a venue’s accommodation and will often be able to negotiate a favourable rate for our clients.

We would be happy to recommend a venue to you, discuss the possibilities and then simply pass you over to its management team. Alternatively, we very often become involved in liaising between you and the venue, to ensure that our recommendation is suitable for you. RSVPR make no charge for either service.

When planning an event, the venue is probably one of the first considerations. Its location will be important, its accommodation in terms of size and availability will be important but often its suitability is overlooked.
