MARKETING & PROMOTION
RSVPR will be involved in all aspects of your marketing. Our role will often be very challenging but always exciting. We will be responsible for planning, advertising, promotion, product launch and development, public/media relations, distribution, research and sponsorship. Our focus will be on ‘selling’ your product or service and raising awareness of any issues that affect the public. Sales promotion aims to increase sales of products and services by providing additional incentives. It typically targets consumers but also channel marketing partners and even a company's own employees.
RSVPR will contribute to the development of long-term marketing plans and strategies, assisting in the delivery of those approved. We will help you manage budgets and support your marketing manager, staff and colleagues.
We will carry out market research and where appropriate, conduct surveys to assess demand and your brand position. We will evaluate the marketing campaign and monitor competitor activity.
We will hold meetings to liaise and build a relationship with your stakeholders, customers, suppliers and colleagues. We will also build and maintain a relationship with the appropriate media for your campaign.
RSVPR will manage the production of marketing materials such as leaflets, posters and flyers. We will proofread all copy and liaise with the designers and printers and arrange effective distribution of such materials.
We will also be responsible for updating and maintaining your mailing databases.
RSVPR will plan, co-ordinate and attend events and exhibitions, securing sponsorship to help with the publicity and funding of the project.
As your sales promotion executive, RSVPR will become involved in devising a promotional marketing campaign, developing and implementing ideas. Some of the strategies used might be:
Competitions ; Free Samples ; Price Promotion ; Vouchers or Coupons ; In-store Displays ; Money Refunds ; Gifts. RSVPR will help these incentives reach the consumer via retail outlets, events, exhibitions, advertising, press editorials, direct mail, websites or new digital media.
RSVPR, as the key player in your promotional campaign, will ensure that the work goes to plan. Everybody involved will be fully informed with up to the minute progress. We will also provide administrative support to the whole team.
We believe that however good you deem your product, it will not suddenly grow legs and walk off the shelf: If customers do not know a product is there, then they can’t buy it! In which case, they’re only potential customers!
RSVPR also believe that marketing is the essential function that links your business to the customers’ needs. It’s about getting the right product or service to the right people, at the right place and at the right time. It is our job to help you exceed your customer’s needs and achieve more than the competition. The essence of marketing is to manage a process that will identify, supply and satisfy your customers’ demands efficiently. It must be flexible to be able to adapt to ever-changing customer requirements and changing business environments.
RSVPR is dedicated to seeing through your company’s vision. A good marketing plan will achieve focus and establish that vision. It will also help you to identify your potential customers. It will help you to compare the competition, position your company in the market place then provide and price the product accordingly.
We insist that without a complete understanding of the realistic business development opportunities, through artistic and skillful marketing, a company will not benefit from future commercial effectiveness.
Small businesses often feel that it isn’t necessary as they are doing ‘quite nicely thank you’ and many individuals believe that marketing is another word for ‘selling’. Some even think it is a way to manipulate or ‘trick’ consumers, therefore somehow persuading people to buy things they do not really want.
RSVPR would argue that actually the opposite is true: The real definition of marketing is to ensure that your business is providing products that people do want or need, which is exactly why managing a marketing process is essential.
RSVPR will research and evaluate to help you understand your market. Before being able to react to a market’s rise and fall, a business will need to comprehend the growth or decline of it. So many businesses today are fighting to stay alive in a dying market. Whereas they should analyse and be prepared to move with the growing market trend. It’s a life or death situation.
RSVPR...at the heart of all influence
